Our room had a nice view of the jungle and came with two double beds. the furniture was comfy and made us feel right at home! 🌿

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and special, with favourable location right on the beach. Location: the property was short walk to building 18, which was a hike to the beach, along a beautiful boardwalk surrounded by jungle, a wonderful and safe restaurant, and a beautiful boardwalk surrounded by jungle. There was an open-air restaurant nearby.

The location is perfect and favorable, situated in a well-maintained area just off the Quiet Area with lots of greenery. the breakfast is great with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel really is a paradise in its entirety. The facilities are very well equipped, the landscape within the property is impressive with its vegetation, it was wonderful to see the animals walking through the park. The people who work there make it even more enjoyable, always attentive to any circumstance. The people in charge of cleaning are very attentive. The food is of first level, much variety, as much in the breakfast as in the lunch and supper. The theater for the kids is wonderful. On the beach the staff, both security and services is very good. To highlight the attention of Adelita and Ricardo, two people who stand out for their courtesies, my congratulations to both. Also my recognition for the captain of the restaurant Mediterraneo, excellent attention. The waiters and the people in charge of the kitchen are always in a good mood. Very nice everything, I would return without a doubt to that place.

The room was always clean and had beautiful flower petals, a jungle view, and a private balcony. the staff was respectful and helpful with any requests. - the location was perfect, right by the garden, and the calm sea was particularly nice.

I enjoyed dining at the open-air restaurant with various cuisine options. The pool was fantastic and I loved having drinks at the swim-up bar. The location was perfect, near a well-kept area, Paraiso beach side, Playa Del Carmen, and building 18. Throughout my stay, I was able to use the free Wi-Fi across the property.
